    PUBLIC NOTICE OF PALOMA GARDEN SUBSIDIZED WAITLIST OPENING Paloma Garden South, located at 3140 Mallard Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80910, will be distributing and accepting applications for our One Bedroom subsidized waiting list on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 through Monday, March 31, 2025. The waitlist will close on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 4:30 P.M. Applications will be taken on a first come, first serve basis during this time, and will discontinue at the date and time indicated above. All applicants must provide a copy of a Government Issued photo identification, social security card, and birth certificate along with the completed application. Applications will be accepted Monday thru Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. Please call or email ahead if you would like to apply in person or are picking up/dropping off an application. You may request an application to be emailed, faxed, or mailed by calling show contact info or emailing show contact info . All returned applications must be dropped off or mailed in, and mailed applications must be post-marked by March 31, 2025 to be placed on the waiting list. Applications received via mail and post-marked after March 31, 2025 will be returned and not added to the waiting list. Paloma Garden is a 50-unit Affordable Housing apartment complex for seniors aged 62 years and over. Paloma Garden South is categorized under Subsidized Housing through HUD, and rent is 30% of residents adjusted monthly income. We ask ALL visitors call the office upon arrival to be let into the building, and we do ask that you call or email ahead if you're coming by. Thank you.
