Electric is the tenant's responsibility. The previous tenant's average electric bill was $130/month. Tenant is also responsible for their own snow removal, trash removal and cable/wi fi services (if wifi or cable is wanted). We pay for water and sewer (up to $175/ 3 month term -- approx. no more than $58/month -- anything over $175/ 3 month term will be charged to the tenant -- we have never had to charge anyone for that yet, though). We cover grass mowing. No pets (may consider 1 cat for additional rent/month). We have home owner's insurance, but renter's insurance (for their personal belongings) is up to the tenant. Smoking inside the apartment will NOT be tolerated.
