Great, newer duplex in a great location with a nice neighborhood. We like the newer build quality of the duplex which has updated fixtures, appliances, tall ceilings with tall windows allowing for plenty of natural light. We have felt very comfortable living here. All of the neighbors are very nice and the demographic is usually middle-aged to older, blue-collar or white-coller, business owners, usually amounting to upper-medium income folks of some kind. Through the day, you might see a dog-walker, kids going to school on their skooters (elmentary is just down the street), or a couple walking by throughout the day. There is a neighborhood Walmart just down the road form us (5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk). There is a portion of the trail of Tears that is near us which we enjoy walking. I got a new job so we are moving for that the end of January so the place will be available start of February. Utilities usuall average out to $85-120/mo for electreric and water is free. You really just need to keep the yard around your front door clean and the management will do the rest.
