We also have a HEPA air filter to ward off the dreaded smoke season. -In-unit laundry. -Beautiful backyard that you'll share with our lovely landlady who lives upstairs. No pets, unfortunately, but you'll meet the cutest neighbor upstairs Sophie the cat! (She's not allowed in the basement, but she might make a cameo in your video tour ). $1,800/month, including utilities! It's a peaceful retreat while still being in the middle of everything.
