There is a cowboy pool that is wonderful for cooling down from the heat and an acre of fenced in land (pets welcome). Rent includes utilities (capped) trash, wifi & netflix. Bring your belongings and have a home that is already set up for a lovely stay. Rent includes water and electric, these are capped at $50 and $200 per month, this is a fair rate but if you exceed that then it will be the tenants responsibility to pay any additional costs. Also included is trash service, wifi and a monthly pest control service, this is the desert, there are rodents and pests so best to have the service in place. Pets are permitted however if any damage is caused then it will be the tenants responsibility to cover any costs. Dogs/cats must be discussed before any rental agreement.
