Going to have to be a lease option so the work can get done on the home for financing to get approved or cash deal. A frame home on 1 acre sloped land, fixer upper. Needs deck work. I have done some updates over the years such as taking out baseboard heating and install heat pump, built a large carport, and put in laminate flooring in living room/dining room. I recently was starting a retaining wall project but due to unfortunate circumstances I couldn't finish. But that project was not a requirement. Large carport.
