Furnished or Unfurnished end unit 3/3.5 townhome that has two queen beds and one room is set up with a stand up desk for a workspace but can be adjusted for a third roommate. Currently on Air BNB but willing to take it off if I can find LTR. Great place for two people as you would each get a separate floor. Otherwise three friends will work. Therefore, I can't show the place but I do have a walk through video that I can send and the air bnb listing for more photos. The 1st floor room has its own wet bar and full bathroom with easy access to get in and out of the front door. Perfect for a dog owner. The 3rd floor master's has a second bedroom and two full bathroom down the hall for either another roommate or a work office. The home is about a half mile to the south east corner of Sloans Lake and the Patio Restaurant and Odell brewery etc. The Empower Stadium is next door if you enjoy live music and events. The bike path behind the stadium take you to Lohi/Union Stations which are about 2 miles away. Edgewater is on the west side of the lake and has Joyride brewery, the edgewater market, Lot 46 for music, and more. One off street parking space and lots of street parking all around the neighborhood $200-300 but currently set with internet for the air bnb. 12 month or custom
