Home to share a spacious four bedroom house on the bench in star with a private driveway entrance and plenty of parking availability along with a beautiful view of the valley.. Kitchen/dining area will be shared with other tenants. There will be three rooms available for rent. Two downstairs rooms that share a bathroom, and one upstairs master bedroom with an attached bathroom. This house is very well maintained and has plenty of room to enjoy the views and relax. There is a giant living room downstairs along with another living area with a fireplace that can be rented and used privately. There is one garage parking spot available that can be added to any room, otherwise there is spacious parking outside. This house is a gem here in the valley with its amazing views from the Owyhee's to the Boise Mountains. There is a dog run area that can be used for gardening as well. All rents will pay a percentage of the electricity bill, all other utilities including internet will be paid by landlord. I am a 33yr old single female looking for the right fit for these rooms. They can be rented together or separately. I am not looking to turn this into a party house. I would like to find someone who is responsible and clean with a secure job. No cats will be allowed as I have one already that does not get along with other cats. Dogs can be an option as long as they are well behaved; a pet deposit will be added. Interviews will be taken to make sure it is a good fit. A month to month lease will be the primary contract I have unless otherwise agreed upon terms have been met.
