This house is a gem here in the valley with its amazing views from the Owyhee's to the Boise Mountains. There is a dog run area that can be used for gardening as well. All rents will pay a percentage of the electricity bill, all other utilities including internet will be paid by landlord. I am a 33yr old single female looking for the right fit for these rooms. They can be rented together or separately. I am not looking to turn this into a party house. I would like to find someone who is responsible and clean with a secure job. No cats will be allowed as I have one already that does not get along with other cats. Dogs can be an option as long as they are well behaved; a pet deposit will be added.
