Newer house (10 years old) just a few blocks from Drake! Since the house is newer, the appliances are generally more energy-efficient than older houses, meaning the utilities will be lower than some nearby properties. Huge yard and driveway with space for 4 cars. Finished basement and detached garage. Garage is more for storage but can be used to park. The house has two fridges. One purchased in 2024 and one older one. Oven and microwave also included. Washer dryer. The dryer is also only a few years old. The house has everything you'll need except for furnishings. Everything you could need in the community is just a short walk or drive away. This house is for a group of Drake students. If you have a group of 5 that you get along with, please reach out. Background checks required. Less than / more than 5 is okay, but rent is paid as a group, not as individual tenants. We also have houses available in the area (very similar 5 Bedroom 4+ Bathroom units with similar interiors). Please ask for more details if you are interested. Utilities paid by tenant.
