It's in a very nice quiet neighborhood that is pet friendly. I'll only have five months left in my lease so you will pay 812/m until the end of July 2021. The water bill is very cheap you'll pay about 20 something a month and also the electric bill is usually around 40 maybe 50 a month depending on your needs.
