We are specifically set up to host those traveling for work and a local favorite for traveling nurses. All utilities are included in rent. There's an abundance of free street parking all around the house. We are located in a quiet suburban neighborhood just .4 miles from Kootenai Health. Currently accepting applications for move in mid September. Accepting month to month stays. Rent includes all utilities and yard maintenance. There is absolutely no smoking in the rental. We do accept pets but we ask for a non refundable pet deposit of $250 if that's the case. This property is set up as a fully furnished short term rental, we are absolutely willing to work with you and rent it out from 2 weeks to six months. Free street parking is available or a single car can park on the pea gravel inside the fence.
