Recent upgrades: March 2023 we updated one of the two Hvac systems we have at our home. We put a new 2.5 ton unit outside and new air handler inside. During the summer of 2019 we added new cabinets, gas range, granite countertops, and a farm double -sink. There was a new energy-efficient sliding door (Pella) added a few years prior to the kitchen. New plumbing drain lines were added throughout the house during 2020.
