Since the carriage house has its own electrical service, the tenant is responsible for the electric bill, which for us, when we lived here, ranged from $30/month to $80/month (during winter). Note, maximum occupancy is one, and lease can be 6, 8, or 12 months. No smoking anywhere on the property. Nothing flushed down the toilet other than toilet paper.
