    Location, location, location. Old Town West carriage house, lovingly converted by the owner. Access from the alley with dedicated parking. Five blocks from Old Town and four blocks from the CSU main campus. Beat the heat with a mini-split on each floor, which is also a heat pump. Wake up to a warm floor with radiant floor heating on both floors as well. We can provide the house furnished for $2100/month all utilities included. Note that maximum occupancy is one. Due to Fort Collins zoning, there is no oven in the kitchen. Water and internet are shared with the main house and the tenant will be responsible for a quarter of the cost. These should not exceed $35. Since the carriage house has its own electrical service, the tenant is responsible for the electric bill, which for us, when we lived here, ranged from $30/month to $80/month (during winter). Note, maximum occupancy is one, and lease can be 6, 8, or 12 months. No smoking anywhere on the property. Nothing flushed down the toilet other than toilet paper.
