We will receive a credit check, background check and eviction check. In order to be approved with our standard deposit (equal to rent amount) there must be no open evictions within the last 5 years, no criminal background and credit scores must be between 540-580. Homes are given to the first approved applicant. In the rare instance that you cannot have your first choice, the application can be applied to a home similar in price. All of our homes are pet friendly! Pet Policy: There is a pet deposit that is $250 for one pet and $100 for each additional pet with a maximum of 3 pets. There is also pet rent each month with $25 for the first pet, and $10 for each additional pet.
