Freshly painted, high traffic LVP throughout the house, carpet in bedrooms. Gas fireplace. Detached 2 car garage that is an add on option if renters are interested in garage access. Fully fenced yard with small amount of grass and brick patio that's has a wonderful shade tree in the summer. Will consider 1 dog with an interview with an additional deposit. No Cats. I would consider renting it fully furnished for 2800 and unfurnished for 2400. No smoking, no drugs, no vaping, no cats. Parking allowed in driveway, garage can be negotiated but ole Ty go parking in driveway and access the house through the gate or the front door. Lots of street parking as well. 6 month lease. First and deposit is due to move in. Rent is due on the first of every month. HOA shovels driveway and alley way but shoveling the patio is your responsibility and watering/mowing the small patch of grass with small lawn mower when the season is right.
