I own 100% interest in The Right Fork, LLC, and purchased this two-home property in 2003 for $87,000 -- both homes are on the same parcel. Zillow has incorrect information regarding the purchase date and amount. The front unit was remodeled by the Browns (previous owners) shortly before I purchased it. The front home (3128) has a dishwasher, disposal, laundry room, pantry, bedroom ceiling fans, fully fenced back yard and shed; it rents for $820. The rear home, with an address of 3128 1/2 Morris, is approx 390 SF; 1 bdrm and a 3/4 bath, disposal, and rents for $400. I selected 'mother in law apartment' below, but I'm not sure that is accurate as the homes are separated entirely by a fence. Both homes have upgraded windows, swamp coolers and gas ranges; neither has a basement. Landlord pays water, trash and gas. New roofs were installed on both units in 2019. Would you please update this information; include a photo of the back home with the listing, and then calculate a new value estimate? I appreciate your assistance. Ouida Boyett
