I am looking for HONEST, QUIET, CLEAN, ODORLESS, NO SMOKING, NO DRINKING, NO DRUGS, NO PETS renters that will keep the apartment in a good condition and will not cause me or the neighbors any problems. While I am at home I take care of the yard but when I am away I expect that you take care of it. I provide the tools. Although this is not a short term rental, I offer a MONTH-TO-MONTH lease for flexibility on both sides so that if you would like to leave you will be free to do so and you will only have to give me a 30 days notice in the beginning of your last month. But also if, for any reason, I would like you to leave then I will give you the same type of notice and you will have to leave without problems. You must pay $1400/mo RENT in the beginning of each month plus share of the UTILITIES DIVIDED BY THE NUMBER OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE HOUSE. To get in you must also pay a $1400 refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT for possible damages and cleaning plus the last month's rent which you do not have to pay when you give me the 30 days notice before leaving. I require employment and income verification and references from your job and previous landlords. If you like to live in a house rather than an apartment building and have a easy-going relation with your landlord rather than a rental company and you are the person(s) that I am looking for you will love staying here.
