There is 1 large room upstairs along with a smaller room that could be used for small bedroom. The kitchen is very nice. The main level has hardwood flooring. There is a nice front porch, 2 car garage and fenced yard. This home comes with A/C, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. Laundry hookups in basement. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, mowing and snow removal. We do not allow smoking in our homes and we do not accept Section 8. We have a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, we are hesitant about cats and don't accept some breeds of dogs so we accept pets on a case-by-case basis. We do background checks, rental reference checks and look for verification of income at least 2.5 times the amount of rent.
