VIEWING THE PROPERTY
Cottage Grove Property Management requires the property be viewed before the online application is filled out. If you find you would like to view the property after reviewing the requirements below, please call, text, or email our office.
PETS: Pets are allowed at property pending approval through our pet screening service. The normal pet policy with our company is at least a year old, spayed/neutered, 25-pound weight limit, up to date on shots, and no Bully/Aggressive dog breeds. INDOOR CATS ONLY
NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE WILL APPLY
All pet screening is done during the initial application process. There is no way for us to approve pets until the application for the pet is filled out.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The application fee is $39.99 per adult (anyone 18 or older).
We do a credit check, background check, and previous/current landlord reference.
Our office looks for a minimum credit score of 600.
When the application is put in, we require proof of employment/income, preferably with three (3) most recent pay stubs.
Monthly INCOME (from all sources) needs to be 2.5x's the monthly rent.
Our leases are for a minimum of a year.
