WHO YOU'D BE LIVING WITH: Thoughtful and talented humans in their mid-30s, plus one sweet, quiet dog who mostly keeps to herself. THE ROOM: A spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, fireplace, and private deck perfect for someone who appreciates having their own oasis while still being part of a shared home. The room is located on the upper level and gets great natural light. THE HOUSE: This is a classic Petworth row house with lots of charm and shared living spaces that are cozy and functional. There's a large kitchen, comfortable common areas, and a backyard that includes a garage! HOUSE CULTURE: We are creative, progressive, and open-minded professionals in their mid 30's with varied backgrounds, experiences, and personal interests. We enjoy each other's company, but also appreciate our individual space, which the size of the house allows. We love sharing our home with our communities and hosting dinners, backyard parties, and creative nights.
