**WINTER RENTAL** Month-to-month starting December 1st, 2022 until February 1st, 2023. Garden City Beach House has an open spacious floor plan with hardwood floors and a coastal inspired atmosphere. This house has everything your heart desires from a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and even games for the family to play. Enjoy the sun from the upper deck or have a picnic outside on the expansive lawn while seeking shade. Beach is right across the street! All utilities included in rent. Parking on premises. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 Bunk Beds No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. This is a Fall/Winter rental (month-to-month). We allow rentals between October 1st through April 1st, 2023. If you are renting for more than 1 month, there will be a lease to sign and a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent. A simple background check when applying is also required.
