Master and on-suite along with 2 additional bedrooms with a full bath separating them. Back yard is fenced in with a shed at the back of the property. First and last month's rent required. Renter pays for water, electric, and lawn care (including fall cleanup). Renter MUST keep lawn mowed weekly during spring, summer and fall. There is a $500 non refundable pet deposit per pet required (if applicable). NO smoking allowed. No parking in grass or street, only on paved driveway. Ensure filters are changed monthly to maintain quality of HVAC. Landlord will do quarterly inspections. No Section 8 housing or vouchers accepted.
