About the Space: Private room on the main level (9'x11') with a large closet. This room stays the warmest in winter! Room is unfurnished, but I'm happy to help with moving furniture. Shared living room and spacious kitchen with great natural light and plenty of storage. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and handmade mugs feel free to bring your own items. Two shared bathrooms: one newly renovated downstairs near your room with a bathtub, and one upstairs with a shower. My room and office are upstairs. Unfinished basement with lots of storage, newer washer/dryer, and my pottery studio. About Me: I'm a 26-year-old woman working in environmental policy. I try to live sustainably and am learning how to make the house more efficient. In my free time, I enjoy music, being outdoors, and making ceramics. My values are progressive, and I'm part of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC community. I'm hoping to find a housemate who shares similar values and is mindful and respectful of shared space. Month to month lease, with 1 month move out notice. No smoking inside and no long term staying guests.
