*2019 - Bathroom and kitchen completely remodeled with new floors, walls, counters, and cabinets. *New hot water tank in 2020 *New water lines ran in 2022 *2020- One bedroom completely remodeled with new walls and ceiling. *Home still needs some remodeling done in living room and dining room *Has a front yard and back yard and detached garage that is used for storage in the back. *There is a shed that used to be a guest house back in the day behind the house attached to home, but entrance to it is not inside the home. *All original wooden floors in one bedroom and dining room. Two original mantels in living room and dining room that might have once had a fire place in it. I bought electric heaters that have a fire look in them and placed them in there. *Only heat is baseboard or portable electric. To have gas heat it needs new gas lines put in and gas meter moved to outside of the house. *Had a home inspection done by a professional in 2019 and structure is solid. I have paper work for that. *There is an under ground spring that runs under the house causing a little bit of water in the crawl space under the house, house inspector recommended putting in some type of drainage system to run outside.
