One of the best examples of Greek Revival architecture in Delphi. If you have been on the tour of the Wabash Erie Canal Museum and Park and visited Reed Case's (helped in the building of the Wabash an Erie Canal) original wooden frame house in the Park, the brochure states he moved to the house at 312 East Main Street when he became wealthy. This is that beautiful brick home! Thick walnut doors and tiered woodwork in the main parlor and throughout the home. It is for sale by owner, The ceilings downstairs are 9 feet high and upstairs they are 11 feet high. It needs a new heating system. Floors are unpainted eight inch wide tongue and groove oak boards, and a few smaller rooms upstairs have painted floors. Latches, locks, and key-hole covers made of iron and there are lovely brown marble door knobs. There is a one car garage behind the house. This house makes a wonderful home or office!
