Within the 8yrs. I lived here we replaced water pipes and installed more cut off valves. Upgraded all appliances to stainless in kitchen. Installed new Radiators and had boiler checked and serviced with T & S heating. Installed new hot water heater and holding tank. Added a shower to large upstairs bathroom and new vanity sink. Added wasand dryer to basement. Had attic cleaned and electric outlet installed. New roof and gutters just done end of 2024. New energy efficient toliet just installed upstairs. Garage has been completely to match home ( No garage when I purchased just pillars) New metal roof put on it also. Beautiful pond in backyard gives so much tranquility to have a relaxing day. *** Upstairs bathroom needs floor because they had to tear apart and replace pipes. But I have all the ceramic tiles and great etc. So yes house needs tender loving care but any and all major problems have been addressed .
