Looking for a responsible, female professional or student roommate mid-20s or older in a three-bedroom row home with
only one other female roommate. Located close to downtown Collingswood, near Rt 130 and PATCO train station with easy access to Philadelphia/other locations.
Recently renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, all new appliances in the past several years, with dishwasher and renovated bathroom with tile shower and skylight. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Hardwood floors throughout, bedrooms living room, dining room.
Basement with new laundry facilities. Third bedroom used for extra closet space. Outback patio area. Must be friendly to cats, home fully furnished, except bedroom for rent. No additional PETS.
One month rent as security deposit, and first month rent, ($1550 required before move-in in date) credit check, background check at applicants' expense and employment verification. Renter Insurance required, as homeowners' insurance does NOT cover renters' personal property.

Lease is for a female renter ONLY and is a 6 month lease and then month to month, with a 60 day required notice to vacate the premises by renter and/or landlord. Upon signing the lease the security deposti is required of $775.00 and (7) days before the move in date the first month rent is due; $775.00. The security deposit can NOT be used as last months rent.
Renter required to pay rent on the first of the month. Renter is responlsible for 1/2 the PSE&G bill (average $140 (renter $70): ranges from $70 to $230) and 1/2 the Cable WIFI bill (currently $170). Payments required to be provided within 5 days of the bill arrival date(s).
Street Parking is availabe and requires a Collingswood Township permit, typicallly costs less than $50. Driveway parking available with no permit behind the house.
A background criminal history is required at the applicants expense, costs varies between $35 and $75. Applicants may provide evidence of inaccurracies regarding criminal record, rehabilitation or other migrating factors.
