This 2 bed 1 bath has a fenced in back yard, large covered front porch and parking for 2 vehicles. Close to fishing, hunting and swimming. Walk the trail, to the post office or the favorite watering hole. We allow smoking outside the units. We allow pets with prior approval only. (NO CATS) Lawn care in the summer. Rent is $700 a month. That includes water, sewer, trash cart and summer lawn care. You pay wifi, electric etc. Rent is due on the 1st and payable by the 5th of each month. On a month to month basis. We allow smoking outside of the units only. We allow pets with prior approval, however NO CATS Each Unit is allowed 2 vehicles/ parking spaces. Each approved pet will require a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet. We require first month($700), security deposit ($700) as well as any pet fees up front prior to moving in. The park is under 24 video surveillance.
