I am reviewing applications that have been submitted right now. Remodeled 1200 sqft, 3/2 home. Planned completion is 28 June, ready for 1 July. I will post more pictures once the remodeling work is completed. Located on a quiet road, across from Lake Norris with a split floor plan (bedrooms on either side of the house). Master bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and large closet. Two additional large bedrooms share a bathroom on the opposite side. The new wood deck overlooks the large backyard (~1 acre of land). There is a detached over-sized metal garage and tool shed as well for exterior storage. Dual pane insulated windows throughout home increase energy efficiency. City water and septic make the perfect combination to always have great water with a low water bill (no sewer bill). This home is capable of cable/internet/phone service through a local provider. Limited showings will be available once the home is complete (late June). Applications are currently being accepted.
