This house is a very solid built house. There are big rooms and a very large living room with a nice fireplace with circulator fan. plenty of bedrooms 2 1/2 baths we love to share our home with our family and friends. Large lot, mature trees. The neighborhood is very good. The shop is 12 x 36 and in Hass, electricity and a long workbench with lots of cupboards and racks and garage door opener. The actual garage attached to the house is wonderful. We have a very large lot outback where you can park your RV or anything else you would like to park. all the plumbing has been replaced. Which includes shut off valves at every sink, new faucets at every sink, new sinks throughout the house. All the lighting has been replaced with complete new Romax, LED lighting throughout, with five new ceiling fans. Remodel remodeling and put down 2020 they had 2023 and I put down 2021, but I don’t know if you want. two bathrooms have had complete remodel with walk-in showers. New toilet new flooring. Carpet was replaced in 2018 in the living room and hallway. Dining room kitchen, laundry room hallway to the garage half bath all receive new flooring.
