Colony Cove is a 55+ community located in Ellenton, FL. The community requires at least one guest to be at least 55 years old and all guests have to be at least 45 years old. The minimum rental period is one month. There is an application process through Colony Cove and there is an associated $50 per person fee. We charge a cleaning fee of $200 and there is an optional pet dog fee of $200. Keys will be provided at check-in and the community will issue a gate opener that must be returned. You will receive a badge that will allow you to access the community pools and other amenities.
