Unbelievable views, privacy and great livability. Unlike half the homes in Coast Royal which are on the uphill side of the north/south orientation streets parallel to the coast, our full 2 car garage and main living is on the ocean side of Holly. The homes on the ocean side of Holly have the best views, including sand/whitewater views from many rooms. Less appreciated by visitors (who aren't carrying groceries!) but loved by homeowners on the ocean side of the street is that the main living level is at street height, so no steep driveway to navigate, and ZERO stairs to climb or descend unloading things from the car. The entrance to the kitchen from the garage is only a few level steps from the garage, w/ no stairs in between. Abundant storage due to 13' ceilings on the main level with custom finished cabinets to ceiling in pantry area, linen closet and den, garage, plus full size interior laundry room, work room, and ~ 200 SF dry/ locked unfinished storage room underneath the home. After installing rooftop Solar our average electricity dropped from almost $4,000 annually in 2009 (or an avg of ~ $11/day) to only $280 for all of 2021 (~ 77 cents/ day!!). And I in 2009 I didn't have an electric car, but in 2021 I fully charged my EV 5 nights per week. Definitely love that about this house, too!
