It's not super convenient to access but you do have two, tucked-away, off-street parking spots. There is always plenty of street parking right by the house.
I don't classify the offices as bedrooms because they don't have closets. The office on the main floor has windows wrapping around on two sides. The upstairs office also has lots of windows and adjoins a bedroom by a double pocket door.
Big front porch, large unfenced yard. Sprinkler system. Owner pays for mowing service. Tenants pay for water, Xcel and trash. Organic lawn. Across the street from bike path. Approx 15 minute bike ride to downtown or campus.
