As a standalone building, it's quiet and secluded, yet sits on the same property as the Cazador Yurt (another rental) and the main farmhouse, where I live with my wife, our two-year-old son, and our affectionate Border Collie, Delta. We're a director producer team running our own film production company, and we love calling Glassell Park home an area filled with great restaurants, bars, live music spots, beautiful parks, and even the nicest public pool in L.A. The lease term is limited to six months while we wait for city permits to begin a major renovation. We're hoping to find a kindred spirit who values this little slice of indoor outdoor Los Angeles living as much as we do. Pets are welcome. This is a furnished 3-6 month Sublet .
