Should have a minimum of $6500+/month income to qualify in addition to good credit. Applicants must provide a minimum of (4) recent months check stubs with Tenant Application or it cannot be considered. Additionally need Dec 2015 check stub as well. Any alimony or child support that you want considered you must provide court order showing stipulation, and 2 years of proof of timely payments (copies of checks deposited). If Self-Employed, must additionally provide 2 most recent years of Income Tax Filings, and copy of 2 years bank statements. Tenants will be required to have PROOF of Renters Insurance prior to occupancy.
