Utilities NOT included and must be in renters name, NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or garage. No illegal activity. Be courteous to neighbors as this is a family neighborhood. Security deposit of $1900 and first months rent due upon lease signing, parking spot for one car in garage, one car in driveway, and street parking available. Property is in an HOA so all HOA policies must be followed. No unauthorized modifications to the property without approval. Any changes must be negotiated with landlord and are approved only by the landlord. If deemed appropriate and enhances the property value substantially, some rent may be prorated at the landlords discretion.
