Because pretty much no room is square and I'm not good at geometry. Lots of attic space and loads of extra room upstairs - plenty of room for a bowling alley or serious recreation area. The upstairs area is all heated and cooled except the walk-in attic of course. The walk-in attic areas have the 3 electric water heaters and heat pump units.
