Done some updates new roof in 2014 and new furnace in 2019. Original hardwood and laminate downstairs and updated electrical in 2019. The upstairs has no heat but we used a portable heat/air units. Could also do a mini split. The upstairs does need updated and where the work needs done. I did most the work to the downstairs area. Spacious kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There is a large 21x14’ bedroom upstairs that could easily be made into a 6th bedroom as there are two door to access the room. This would be excellent rental Income potential. Extremely low taxes, I pay aprox $370 a year
