2009 the house was gutted and renovated with an add on in the back of the house including all new windows and vinyl siding put on. In 2015 we had tile put in and the bathtub(original to the house) refinished in the upstairs bathroom. 2016 installed a smart thermostat. In 2017 we had a partial kitchen remodel, new roof and gutters, the driveway blacktop, a deck added to the addition and new flooring in the downstairs bathroom and laundry room. 2018 new water heater. 2019 All new carpets installed. 2020 new shelving in the laundry room and new trim in the downstairs bathroom. *If you had looked previously and saw the square footage changed. We were off on our estimate but found the appraisal for when we moved in with the information.
