The properties are being offered as a Rent To Own where we will have a 1 year term and at the end of the term you will need to get your own financing to be able to purchase the house. Each property will require a down payment. Your down payment will lock in your purchase price. The houses will generally appreciate in value, and the down payment will keep your price the same for when you are able to get your financing and actually purchase the house. Down payment is negotiable with $1k minimum. Your down payment will be credited toward your purchase at closing. Also the more that you put down the more that we will add to it. We add 10% to every $1k that you put down. With a limit of $5k.
