No smoking inside No loud parties or music in your room (basically we all just try to be nice and respectful :) ) It's your space too so of course it's fine to have guests over sometimes, but since it's a shared home we all try to be mindful of how often we have people over. Mostly we socialize out of the house. So far no one has had partners spending the night, if that is a factor we would ask that they not sleep over more than 1 night a week.
