wanting to sell one of my rental houses due to move, rents for 800$, Im the owner you can call me at 361-238-0233 needs some fixing but has great potential, not looking to sell for top dollar just trying to break even, its a 4 bed 1 bath home that sits on a huge lot around 5,000 sqft, neighborhood is mainly family so its very quite and peaceful and sits in the heart of mathis. As for repairs the kitchen needs to be repainted and bathroom needs to be done which is cheap, the tile throughout the house will need to be fixed and just some new paint will make it look good as new. As for the outside, roof and foundation are good, all windows are in tact as well as siding, theres just a couple of rotten wood in front of the house which is an easy fix. I have new renters lined up for that house and will be gladly to hand them over to the new owner, also it is still occupied and renters are moving out next week so don't bother them or step on the property. thanks give me a call
