You can't get a sense of what a beautiful piece of land this is from Green Ridge. Go up the old farm road ( driveway ) over the crest of the hill and you'll find a lovely, large, private building lot on high ground. Continue down the road to the south side of the property and on your left you'll see the S.E. corner clearly marked. Starting at the N.W. corner on Green Ridge, the lot is 267' X 501' X 240' X 585'. Nice rectangular lot. No easements or weird shapes. Selectively clear a few trees and you can have wonderful views from the top of the hill. When the leaves are gone you can see the pond at the end of the old farm road at the bottom of the hill. Formally lot # 30 of the Retreat at Pumpkinvine there are no HOA fees or HOA rules. Walk the property. Hang out for a while. Feel the peace. Check out what's going on around it ( the house they're building on the 7 acres next door for example ). Visit other property in south Bartow county. The way things are going, it's probably not going to get any easier to find a great lot in south Bartow. I think it will be a wonderful place to live.
