You are able to control your heat and air conditioning in the summer. There is storage space in the basement for additional or seasonal items. There is a small garden in the rear of the building that can be used. Off street parking is also available. The occupant is responsible for the electric, water, sewage and trash. The heat is electric. This is a non smoking apartment and non smoking building. This apartment is directly on the bus route. It is also close to RIDC park and the Fox Chaple Waterworks. This is a nice, clean, and quite building and we have long term tenants. We require: a one year lease, security deposit in the amount of one month's rent. We do check references. Sorry, no pets.
