Please add $75 per week per person during the high season, and $50 per week per person in the low season. The large deck has plenty of room to relax and sunbathe, and with the fence a mature tropical landscaping, you will have plenty of privacy. Sip on a cold drink and watch TV in the tiki hut. Shoot some pool in the enclosed Florida room that overlooks the pool. Rent or bring your boat as this house has a 7000 pound boat lift and sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico! Located in a great neighborhood of the SE Cape, you will have peace and quiet, yet the conveniences of nearby restaurants and shops.
