It is a great place to call home. This is a great west end location close to many of Springfield's top food and shopping destinations. There is covered parking. It has a full basement that is not part of that square footage. The basement has a finished entertainment room and a large utility room with washer and dryer and closets. This is the end unit with a large fenced in yard and patio. Generally I do a one year lease. I am always open to longer terms. Shorter terms would need to be under special circumstances. Deposit is one months rent. There is no smoking in the units. Unfortunately at this time pets are not allowed. Trash is provided by landlord. Renters pay for water, gas and electric. I ask that you take care of your new apt. We work very hard to keep these in really good condition and we ask that you help with this.
