Any and all cigarette butts must be disposed of in trash and not lying on the ground (the goats will eat them and kill them) to avoid penalties and fines. 2. Stereos, TVs and radios must be turned down low after 9:00 p.m. and before 7:00 am. The volume of these should be at a level considerate to your neighbors during the daytime hours. Likewise, Tenants should make good faith efforts to have their guests adhere to reasonable quiet hours in the building. 4. Tenants shall supervise the play activities of their children & guests. Tenants are liable for any damages they may cause or incur. 5. Pets allowed with prior written approval and a damage deposit. All pet waste must be removed to the designated area. Tenant is responsible for all damages pet may cause or incur. 6. Tenants shall not use the yard as a storage area. Possessions are not secure there and may create a hazard to other guests or farm critters. 7. No people under the age of 12 shall ever be left in the apartment complex (including the yard) unattended, even for short durations of time. 8. Tenants shall make certain that their vehicles and their guests' vehicles are parked in appropriate parking spaces which do not block other vehicles or common driveway or impede snow removal. 9. Tenants shall not install or order installation of any type of satellite dish or cable company wiring that is not already wired into building. 10. Tenants shall not run any type of business out of the apartment. 11. Non-running vehicles shall not be stored on the premises. There shall be no more than two automobiles per apartment on the premises at any time, unless otherwise authorized by Landlord. Recreational vehicles may not be stored on the premises at any time without written permission from the Landlord. 12. Owner provides a dumpster for occupant use. Dumpsters that are provided for Occupant use are not the property of Tenants, and any misuse such as depositing offsite business trash will terminate the Tenant's stay immediately. Large or additional items placed outside the provided dumpster will be a charge to the tenant. 13. It is forbidden for the Guest, any member of Guest's party, or any person under Guest's control to process, manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to deliver any controlled substance or counterfeit controlled substance. Drug activity will result in immediate termination of rental and a visit from the Alaska State Troopers.
