Can I adjust the air conditioner and heater?
Yes! At your discretion, but please communicate requests over message.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, or within 20 feet of the property. A $250 applies for all occurrences. Please utilize the dedicated smoking area behind the shed in the backyard.
Do you allow pets?
No, no exceptions. There is a $325 fee for all occurrences. Sorry!
Early check-in/late check-out?
Please reach out to us the night before your arrival as our cleaner, Maria, is not scheduled until then. At that time, we can let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in. It's possible an additional fee will apply to accommodate the cleaner's change in schedule. The same goes with late check-out inquire the day before you are scheduled to depart.
Do you provide essentials?
Yes! Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and dish soap are all provided and replenished during your stay via submitting a QR code form when supplies run out. A starter supply of body wash, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner is provided, but please plan to get your own if the supply is depleted during your stay.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes. H-E-B is a 3 minute drive away, and does delivery through UberEats/Instacart.
