Balboa Breeze offers two comfortable bedrooms the primary with a cozy queen bed, ideal for winding down after a day in the sun, and a second bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed that's a hit with kids or friends sharing the adventure. You must pass through the queen room in order to access the bunk room. The half bathroom is accessible only from the outside of the home. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. The living is easy here and it invites you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge. Take the ferry to Balboa Island for some of the best seafood in the area and to visit an old-school amusement park with a historic Ferris wheel. Local attractions include Newport Beach Pier, Balboa Peninsula, Corona Del Mar Beach, Crystal Cove State Park, Fashion Island, A Market, Balboa Island, Newport Beach Bike Path, and Lido Marina Village. Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking is available in designated property parking locations only. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property and advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to CDC guidelines.
