Our charming home offers an ideal retreat for families seeking both comfort and convenience. Just a short stroll away from Duncan Alley and Sinsheimer Park, it promises easy access to outdoor recreation and community events. The home itself features many updates including a remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances and quartzite counter tops. With three bedrooms and two full baths, it's spacious, yet manageable. Perhaps its most enticing feature is the fully fenced and landscaped yard, an ideal setting for hosting BBQs and enjoying outdoor gatherings. We have been living in this home as our primary residence for the last 9 years and it has been lovingly maintained. It is the first time it is being offered as a rental. We are seeking a family that will take care of our property and treat it well. **Does not come furnished** The initial lease term will be from mid September or October 1st- July 31st. If renewed, the second term will be a full year. We will contribute $100 monthly to water, with the agreement that the yard stays alive. It is on drip irrigation and a sprinkler system. There are a few large plants in barrels that need to be hand watered, but consist of drought tolerant palms. We will provide a gardener to maintain the landscaping, but are open to discussing a rental discount if this is something you would like to maintain. We are open to pets, but an additional pet deposit will be required. We are open to leaving our washer and dryer but not as an official part of the rental. If it needs maintenance, we will not pay for repair. If you prefer to bring in your own that is fine as well.
